Returns and Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping at Music Maniac. We value your satisfaction and aim to provide high-quality musical instruments and accessories. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns
1.1. Eligibility
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
1.2. Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Used items
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Items that have been used or altered
  • Perishable goods
1.3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at musicmaniacindia@gmail.com with your order number and details about the product you wish to return. We will respond with instructions on how to return your items. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

2. Refunds
2.1. Refund Process

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The refund may take 3 days to reflect in your account, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

2.2. Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted:

  • Items with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at musicmaniacindia@gmail.com

4. Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. International Shipping Policy*  
5.1. Shipping Destinations  

We currently ship to select international destinations. Please check our website or contact us to confirm if we ship to your country.  

5.2. Shipping Costs  

International shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the destination, weight, and dimensions of the package. These costs are non-refundable.  

5.3. Customs and Duties  

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.  

5.4. Delivery Times  

International delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected. Please allow additional time for customs clearance.  

5.5. Lost or Damaged International Shipments  

If your international order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at musicmaniacindia@gmail.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. Note that claims may take time to process, depending on the carrier’s policies.
